So, I've conducted my workout plan for the next week starting tomorrow. Funny thing is, I'll be making a new plan every week for the next six weeks. My goal is to get to an even better than my pre-baby body.
I'll be taking measurements and checking my weight tomorrow before I begin, I've actually also convinced my sister to be my partner for the next six weeks.
